Dans ce contexte, les <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Accompagnants d\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ves en situation de handicap (AESH)<\/span> jouent un r\u00f4le fondamental. Leur mission est souvent m\u00e9connue, mais elle constitue un pilier indispensable de l\u2019\u00e9cole inclusive.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"margin: 0in; font-family: Calibri; font-size: 18.0pt;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Qui sont les AESH ?<\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in; font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;\">Les AESH sont des professionnels de l\u2019\u00e9ducation nationale recrut\u00e9s pour accompagner les \u00e9l\u00e8ves en situation de handicap, de la maternelle au lyc\u00e9e. Ils incarnent le droit fondamental \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9ducation pour tous et permettent \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole de concr\u00e9tiser ses valeurs d\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9, de solidarit\u00e9 et d\u2019inclusion. Toutefois, il n\u2019est pas toujours possible pour chaque \u00e9l\u00e8ve de b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier imm\u00e9diatement d\u2019un accompagnant.
